EVENT PARKING

The Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort & Marina is located near the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) and Jamboree Blvd in Newport Beach.  The area is easily accessible by car, boat and bicycle.  There are two parking lots on the Newport Dunes property, and hotel parking across the street.

RESORT PARKING LOT (MAIN LOT) – $20

Parking in the Resort Parking Lot (Main Lot) is $20 per day per vehicle space. The Main Lot is accessible via Back Bay Drive. Turn north onto Back Bay Drive from Jamboree Blvd. All event parking is through Gate 2 on the left past the Main Gate. No Beach Party parking is accessible through the Main Gate.

MARINA PARKING LOT – $10

MARINA PARKING LOT (REMOTE LOT) – $10
The Marina Parking Lot is next to the Marina Club House parking, across the lagoon from the resort, and connected via a short walk over a Pedestrian Bridge. The bridge is about 600 feet long.  The portion of this parking lot which we are able to use is a dirt lot.

ALL Vendors, Staff, Volunteers, BBQ Teams and Judges – please park in the Marina Parking Lot.  All oversize vehicles please park in the Marina Parking lot as well.  Handicap parking is available in the Main Parking Lot with placard.  If you need immediate access to your vehicle during the event, please purchase a parking pass for the Main Lot.

HYATT REGENCY NEWPORT BEACH – $27

The Hyatt Regency is across the street from The Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort. The Hyatt offers Self-parking for $27 and Valet parking for $35. The Hyatt Regency Newport Beach is not affiliated with the Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort or the Newport “Beach Party” and associated events.
